How does the delivery process work?

  • Once your order is placed on the website, your products are checked thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
  • After the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

  • We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
  • India shipping charges - A flat Rs.49 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.799.
  • Free shipping for all orders above Rs.799.
  • In case your pin code belongs to any place in northeast India or outskirt areas that are only serviceable few selected couriers/Indian post, our team will reach out to you for an extra shipping charge if applicable.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in boxes/bags which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We also provide extra sturdy support for packing sheets and sketchbooks so that the edges are intact when they reach you. To contribute our bit to the environment, we try to re-use the maximum of the packing material which we get from our dealers.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Artists claim that it takes 10 minutes to open our parcels because of the secure packing.

What is the range of locations to which Stationery Plug ships its products?

Stationery Plug ships throughout India including North East India. For our overseas customers, we recommend you order the products at your Indian shipping address and then ask someone from your family to send them over.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

  • Though we keep 95% of our catalog in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.
  • If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 3-5 days of order date.
  • The orders will reach the customers within 2-7 business days depending on the pincode.
